Candy,

  I just wanted to send you an e-mail to say thank you. So really, THANK YOU!!! What you and Nina did for my wedding was unbelievable. It was such a disaster the night before when we had to move to the church so suddenly because of the rain and I was so disappointed that I thought that nothing was going to go right. But, you really made everything work so well. Even at the last minute and I thank you so much for your hard work and encouraging words at a time that I needed to be reminded that it was going to be perfect no matter what the circumstances. And it was. When I came into the reception that evening I was overwhelmed with emotion and it was absolutely breathtaking. It was beautiful. The food and the decorations were wonderful and the flowers were the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. Really. I can't imagine that it could have been any more beautiful on the lake than it was in the church and that is thanks to you. I just really wanted you to know how great I thought it was and it could not have been any better in any way. Thank you so much!!!!

Dear Candy and Nina!

  I just wanted say Thank You! You and your team ALL did such a wonderful job! Everything was better than what I could ever imagine!!!! You both went above and beyond what I had expected. I am very pleased with the outcome. Everyone has raved about how wonderful everything looked. The biggest rave has been about the reception. The food was excellent! Both cakes were awesome, and they tasted devine! I just want to let you know that I WILL recommend you both to whomever I come in contact with for future weddings. You both made our day very special, memorable, beautiful and stress-free! Thank you so much for all of your hard work and great job. I am very pleased with it all! Thank you so much!!

Dear Candy,

  The pics have just come in, and I am so moved by the elegance and beauty captured on film,
that I MUST sent to you and your very capable staff my most heartfelt appreciation.  The reception hall was nothing short of magical !! Not only was the food fabulously delicious and allotted in very generous (huge, in fact) portions, but your presentation of it was truly elegant.  Each table warmly invited our guests to experience the celebration in intimate settings embellished with crisp linens, nothing of plastic construction (plates, utensils, etc.) and elegantly adorned with elaborate candelabras with long, slender tapers to further enhance the setting.  Further, your tireless staff quietly replenished the food items "lickety split"  Constant attention was given to the continuing presentation of your generous fare.  You, Candy, place a lot of emphasis on detail and it truly showed.  While I didn't know you before out 1st of four daughter's wedding celebration, I know now that you are an exceptional woman to do business with and we look forward to three more Wedding Receptions !!!

wedding.   Everything you did far exceeded my expectations.  I can't say enough about how beautiful everything was -- the fellowship hall looked like a ballroom, the food presentation was outstanding -- everyone was coming and telling me how great and fresh it all was and how pretty.  I honestly had no worries about the reception anyway -- I felt that you were extremely capable the first time I met you !!  Thanks for easing the stress of the day.  You Rock!!!

Dear Candy,

  Since I am now just four months away from the biggest step of my life I wanted to take a minute and say thank you for all you have done thus far to alleviate the stresses and pressure of my up coming wedding day.  You have been there to answer questions (even when asked more than once) and have done so with a gracious attitude. This is the one area of my wedding day that I know will be completely handled and I don't have bite all my nails off worrying over.  I have reviewed your web site in great detail and can only say that I am more than impressed with your work.  You know what they say. "A picture is worth a million words".

You and Nina are the BEST!!! - I've been on women's ministry team at Briarwood for many years and have observed many many weddings - and I was so serious when I told you that I was not wish washy - I was very decisive because I chose you two - I have watched you work and the love, organization and presentation are coupled with God's grace and FUN - I love that you make it fun cause that's what weddings should be.  We had the best time and feel so blessed - we reflect and reflect and smile and smile.  The compliments for you all are more than you can imagine.  Give Nina a hug from me - hope to see you all soon - lots of love

Jennifer and I both want to tell you how very pleased we were with the decorations and the catering for Jennifer's & Chris' October 7 wedding at Evangel Presbyterian Church in Alabaster. We had been to three weddings that one or both of you had been involved with in the past, so we knew your work and had confidence that everything would be nice. You exceeded our expectations!

From our initial meeting with Nina in April, a few phone calls, and our second meeting in September, you both were so easy to work with and made us feel at ease with all aspects of the catering and decorating. You made suggestions and asked questions that we would not have known to ask. The sanctuary and foyer of the church were beautiful, the food trays for the wedding party a welcome treat, and the reception decorations and food were incredible! Many friends remarked how the church's recreation center was truly transformed with the gazebo, lattice and toole work, white lights, etc. It was truly beautiful!

Thank you so much for making this special event in our lives even more special.

I just wanted to let you both know that you pulled it off again for us! Lesley & Jeremy’s wedding & reception was great. The flowers & decorations were beautiful and the food was delicious. You are both amazing and are so wonderful to work with. Anything we wanted or asked, you did. You truly put the customer first. We will always be grateful for all you did for Rebecca and Lesley’s weddings! Thank you for making their “visions” and ideas a reality! Doing two weddings in a year is very nerve-wracking, but y’all made it so much easier for us. I knew I didn’t have to worry about how things were going to go for the second one, after working with you on the first one! It really took a lot of stress off me!

We heard so many compliments on how beautiful the colors, flowers, and decorations were for the ceremony and the volume of tasty food for the reception. Your staff was always courteous and accommodating as well. Please pass along to Nina’s mother that the cakes were gorgeous & delicious too! I just wish we had known that the turnout would be much less than we had expected. We could have cut back a lot on the number, but, oh well, you just never know. I just hate to see so much food (& time spent preparing it) go to waste. We gave food away to 4 or 5 families and still have some in the freezer!

I wish you all God’s blessings in your business. I will always sing your praises and recommend you to anyone I know that has a wedding coming up! Rebecca and Lesley both talk about how terrific you both were too. They’re both doing great, by the way, and seem to be very happy!
